AVID was founded by Stacy A. McBain and is hosted by Boise Investment Properties team, agents from Swope Investment Properties, Boise’s number one real estate brokerage for residential investment properties for a decade running, according to MLS data. Swope’s agents are known for integrity, expertise and top production in residential investment properties including many deals that never hit the MLS. Swope agents are neither attorneys nor accountants. They share expertise gained from their working knowledge of real estate. Guest speakers may include attorneys, accountants, property managers and experts in fields related to investment real estate.
